Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, I cannot accept returns or issue refunds on these items. Once a custom order is placed and confirmed, it is considered final. Please double-check all details before submitting your order, as I will create your product based on your specifications.

Non-Custom Items
For non-custom items, I gladly accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact me at hollybeezcreationz@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I will issue a refund minus return shipping costs.
